New riddles will come soon.
Critters
Crystal Critters are pets that you can get in Dizzywood. There are four that you can get and the first one is called the Bunnycorn. You can get the pet by finding all of the Blue Crystal shards in Jaguar Temple and then taking the resulting Crystal Critter to Kan the Geomancer in Explorer’s Camp. Once you get all four crystal critters, you are no longer able to get blue crystal shards from Jaguar Temple. Kan the Geomancer will transform it into a live critter if you give him the Crystal Critter and 2,000 coins. You also have the choice of making it a Chromatic Critter by giving him 3,000 coins and a Green Crystal.
The Kitty Cat critter is obtained in the Garden Gazebo. The Turtle Bug critter is a special reward given to players who invite 25 or more friends to join Dizzywood. The 3 types of fish sprite are fished out of Breakwater Beach or Tanglevine Jungle.
When you feed them with their favourite emote then you get a few crystals when you collect them you get coins (1 coin for each crystal).
These are the different kinds of crystal critters:
- Batty Fox (likes bug emote)
- Bull Beastie (likes cake emote)
- Bunnycorn( likes cupcake emote)
- Double Snake (likes wink emote)
- Floating Fish (likes kiss emote or wink)
- Flutter Bird(likes heart emote)
- Lizard (likes bug emote)
- Piglet (likes heart emote)
- Twinkle Pig (likes happy emote)
These are non-crystal critters:
- Fish Sprite (likes wink emote, but doesn’t give you crystals) (three different)
- Kitty Cats (likes fish emote)
- Tamed Betta Fish (likes wink emote) (will give you crystals)
- Turtle Bug (likes bug emote)
If you click on your critter you can change it to either play mode (does what it wants) or follow mode (follows you)
Levitation
Invisiblity
How to get Zapping Power
The Zap Power is the most difficult power to obtain in Dizzywood, as to obtain it means needing to have two other powers, Levitation and Invisibility.
Firstly, go to the Genie in Tanglevine Jungle and complete his 3 Challenges to retreive the first Opal, then, using Invisibility, go in the Jaguar Temple (the entrance is in the Explorer’s Camp), and use Levitation to get to the plateau with the moveable gravel on, click the gravel until another Opal shows, click it, and use Levitation again to get to the plateau with the Jaguar Face on it, and you will receive Zap!
Players used to be able to receive Zap by walking between the Purple Pillars, but they were destroyed. Early players who obtained it this way didn’t have to go and obtain it a second time.
You can also obtain zap, but in a harder way. Sometimes, when you finish the ruins quest, you get it.At the same time as Zapping other players, it can also be used to Zap certain objects, to let collectible items out (these items are converted into 1 coin when picked up). Some of the objects that can be zapped this way are found in the Jaguar Temple and Crystal Catabombs. Zapping the giant cannon in Presto’s Grove will charge it and will allow you to access the Sky Town Skate Park.
Jaguar Temple
The Jaguar Temple is a new underground area in Dizzywood. In order to enter the Jaguar Temple, you must have Invisibility or levitation.If you dont have invisibility or levitation the blue Genie Ghost will throw you out and this message will appear:
You can retreive invisibilty by crossing the jeweled markers in Explorer’s Camp. The Jaguar Temple contains several plateaus that must be crossed using Levitation.
On each plateau, you collect pink crystals fragments. If you collect all of the pink fragments on each plateau, they combine to form crystals which can be traded for coins by visiting Kan the Geomacer. just outside the Jaguar Temple.
If you collect all the blue fragments(one on each different plateu) it will form Crystal Critters. If you happen to fall off one of the plateaus, you will find yourself in the Crystal Catabombs.
How to get to Onakasi Treasure Room
The Onakasi Treasure Room is a new room in Dizzywood. It is located across the river in the Tanglevine Jungle where the Onakasi Ruins are. It is an idol with bright green glowing eyes at the edge of the Onakasi Ruins.
Wave your mouse over it, do not click it, and a secret stairway will open. You will have two games to play, Jumper and Blocks. In Jumper you must collect the jade key pieces. In Blocks you must clear away the black blocks by making a line with the blocks. Don’t worry if you don’t get it the first time. You’ll get the hang of it. Once you beat both games you will automatically get into the Treasure Room. You can only choose one rare item a day, so choose wisely. Once you get your item you can play the games tomorrow to get back in.
Here is a list of items you can get:
Clothing:
* Jaguar Onakasi Top
* Jaguar Onaski Bottom
* Onakasi Top
* Onaski Bottom
House items:
* Amber Coffer
* Amethyst Coffer
* Large Tanglevine Fern
* Onakasi Ruins (Column)
* Onakasi Ruins (Tablet)
* Ruby Coffer
* Sapphire Coffer
* Small Tanglevine Fern
Moves:
* Move Scroll (Spooky Shuffle)
* Move Scroll (Toy Soldier)
I hope you enjoy your prizes Dizzywood folks!
DIzzywood Moves
Dizzywood characters have various moves that a player can manipulate. These can be done by clicking on the icon for each move (located in your backpack - gotten by going between rocks in Presto’s Edge). Such examples of these moves include:
* Arm Flail
* Dance
* Hop
* March
* Model Walk
* One Foot Hop
* Run
* Skip
* Sneak
* Spooky Shuffle
* Stagger
* Toy Soldier
* Walk (to return back to walk mode)
* Zombie
Note: To get Toy Soldier and Spooky Shuffle, two new moves in Dizzywood, you must go to the Onakasi Treasure Room.
There is a new character in Tanglevine Jungle.She is Move Master Swingtail. If you bring her a move scroll, she will teach you how to perform the move and it will become an icon in your backpack. You can win the scrolls by playing all of the mini-games in Tanglevine Jungle. The scrolls are given when you win the games, but only some of the time. You need to play a lot of the games to win all of the move scrolls.
Hope it helps!
